This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that will not charge and the Malfunction Indicator Lamp is illuminated. Technicians may find a current or history Diagnostic Trouble Code P0D22. Technician will update the Hybrid Powertrain Control Module 2 with the current software in TIS2Web and then verify that the vehicle charges correctly.
