If the radio starts working with a power cycle advise the customer that we apologize for this inconvenience and that General Motors is working on a permanent solution for this concern. After the power cycle and the radio is still inoperative record the radio power and ground readings and the voltage on the low speed data line.
NHTSA manufacturer communications ↗Repeated filings are grouped only when make, bulletin number, publication date and complete summary agree. Original record numbers are retained. Older publications remain available, and an explicit later version is shown when established. Pre-1994 vehicle associations are separated from default results; an unspecified year does not mean all model years apply.
