This Preliminary Information communication advises the technician not to replace any parts for Diagnostic Trouble Code B285A Symptom 4B set as History in the Memory Seat Module. This Diagnostic Trouble Code will be considered a phantom code and this will also considered a normal characteristic for the Memory Seat Module.
