Prior to replacing an Active Grille Shutter (AGS) for DTC code U11E9 (Loss of Communication), please contact Stephen Koch at cell (248) 379-1220 or email (spk10@chrysler.com). If he does not respond within 15 minutes, please proceed with replacing AGS.
