Flash: 2.4L Powertrain Diagnostic and System Improvements This bulletin involves reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with the latest available software. A small number of customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination or one or more of the following conditions. Upon further investigation the technician may find the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) set in the PCM memory: 2015 UF Vehicles with (Sales Codes ED6, ED8). ? Improved vehicle acceleration. ? P0480 - Cooling Fan 1 Control Circuit/Open. ? P0456 - Evap System Small Leak. ? U0402 - Implausible Data Received From TCM. ? Engine Startup Flare and Idle Surge. ? P2172 - High Airflow/Vacuum Leak Detected. ? P1D73 - AGS Performance. ? U0140 - Lost Communication With Body Control Module. ? P0441 - Evap Purge System Performance. ?
