The customer may describe that the when the audio system warning light is illuminated the radio will turn on but with no audio sound.Upon further investigation the technician may find that the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) have been set:U1746-87 - AMP (Amplifier Module)-Missing Message. B10AA-4A - Check Configuration Failed-Incorrect Component Installed. U197C-83 - Message Transm2 Plausibility Error-Value Of Signal Protection Calculation Incorrect. U0186-31 - Lost Communication With Audio Amplifier - No Signal.
