Improperly Installed Wastegate Rod Retention Clips Customers must experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination and the vehicle must exhibit/set one or more of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs): ● P0248-00 - Turbocharger-Supercharger Wastegate Actuator B Range-performance. ● P2B94-00 - Wastegate Position Sensor B Exceeded Learning Limit. Customers may also experience the following: ● Lack of acceleration from the turbo. This bulletin involves inspecting the wastegate rod retention clips and possibly replacing them if needed.
