Global Telematics Box Module Over The Air Update from 5.63 to 5.65 TBM2.0 Software Version (FOTA) This bulletin applies to vehicles equipped with a Global Telematics Box Module (TBM) (Sales Code RDG) Customers may experience one or more of the following: - Error display of "Uconnect Box Requires Service/Wifi Unavailable" pop ups; [ TBM DTC B22A9-96 Internal Performance Failure ]. - Error display of "Uconnect Box Requires Service" pop ups; [ TBM DTCs B1560, B1561, B1562 - Antenna loose connection ].
