Power Side-Steps/Running Boards not working properly, stuck or inoperable due to DTCs: B1DB2-13 - Left Power Side Step Motor - Circuit Open / B1DB3-13 - Right Power Side Step Motor - Circuit Open B1DB4-39 - Left Power Side Step Position Sensor - Signal Has Too Few Pulses / B1DB5-39 - Right Power Side Step Position Sensor - Signal Has Too Few Pulses Please do not replace the motors or the module if you're seeing this DTCs coming up Write/record the DTCs in the narrative Please refer to the DTC service manuals available in the Service Library to root cause and repair accordingly
