Complaint • Driver's seat and/or front passenger seat cannot be adjusted. • Not possible to adjust front seats to memory preset. • Head restraints of front seats cannot be adjusted. • Cannot move to chauffeur mode/reclining seat position. Fault identification: → Create log of seat control unit (both conditions must be met) 1. Fault B1F7E54 "Head restraint inclination adjustment not normalized. No calibration." stored in fault memory. 2. Value "0C" present in seat control unit log service 0X220239 (see attachment "seat control unit log"). If fault B1FBB15 "Malfunction in 'Head restraint inclination' switch.
