Some 2024-2026 F-150/F-Super Duty vehicles may exhibit an inoperative front passenger window when operated from the driver master window control switch with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U2013:23 stored in the driver door module (DDM). This may be due to the software in the DDM and passenger door module (PDM). To correct the condition, reprogram the DDM and PDM using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. For claiming, use causal part 14B291 and labor operations 12651D and 12651D4.

Some 2026 Transit vehicles built with the Delivery Assist feature (minor feature code AAEAZ) may exhibit diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U2013:04 stored in the accessory protocol interface module (APIM) when a diagnostic self-test is performed. To confirm a vehicle is built with minor feature code AAEAZ, review the build information by double-clicking the vehicle identification number (VIN) in the upper left corner of the Professional Technician System (PTS). If there are no observable symptoms with the audio controls, no further action is required. Replacement and/or programing of the APIM or audio controls will not resolve this condition. If there is an observable symptom, follow normal Workshop Manual diagnostics.

This may be due to software in the driver door module (DDM). Inform customers that engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition and will be released via a software update delivered over-the-air (OTA) expected in March 2026. Software will update automatically if vehicle connectivity is enabled in the vehicles settings. Schedule a service visit for customers who have disabled vehicle connectivity or who report that they did not receive the update in March 2026. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information.
