Condition: Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) evident in Address: 0015 System name: 15 - Airbag Control Module B130474: Left front seat belt tensioner control module Actuator deviated B130574: Right front seat belt tensioner control module Actuator deviated The DTCs can be evident if the occupant uses a dummy seat belt buckle, the occupant may use the dummy seat belt buckle to prevent a warning light or audible warnings Technical Background: Dummy seat belt buckles of any description MUST NOT be used under any circumstances, Figure 1 shows an example of a dummy seat belt buckle Service: Should the use of a dummy seat belt buckle be suspected please advise as follows: The customer should follow ALL instructions within the owners handbook in relation to Safety belts, the safety belts should be used at all times, the customer should be made aware of the importance of wearing a safety belt.
