SERVICE INFORMATION FOR DTC C2581-78 AND C2581-92 STORED IN THE LASER/RADAR SYSTEM SERVICE INFORMATION If DTC C2581-78 (Distance sensor) and/or DTC C2581-92 (Distance sensor) are stored in the LASER/RADAR system, please refer to the SERVICE PROCEDURE on page 2 for the updated ESM procedure. HINT: This bulletin will be used to amend the ESM and mirrors the current ESM layout. Published times are available in the Flat Rate Warranty Manual, if needed. SERVICE INFORMATION FOR DISTANCE SENSOR DTC DIAGNOSIS SERVICE INFORMATION If DTC C2581-78 (Distance sensor) and/or C2581-92 (Distance sensor) are stored as CURRENT in the LASER/RADAR system, and there is no external impact damage to the outside of the front bumper fascia, the following SERVICE PROCEDURE must be followed prior to replacing any components. ï‚· Impact damage to the front bumper fascia, distance sensor or distance sensor bracket is not warrantable, and not covered by this SERVICE PROCEDURE.
