This technical bulletin provides a procedure to replace the High Voltage Battery Control Wiring Junction Block for vehicles with the condition of Malfunction Indicator Lamp On - DTC P1B3F High Voltage System Interlock Circuit 2 Low Voltage due to the High Voltage System Interlock Connector Retaining Hooks installed in the High Voltage Battery Control Wiring Junction Block broken by an external force.
