Technical background: Software update is available and should be applied to the following control unit: - Transmission (address 02) Remedy: Carry out the software update instructions within the Work section to completion, the update allows the Transmission control unit to automatically erase two fault codes which can become evident, without the update the fault codes would not self heal/erase The fault codes are as follows: - P0714 And/or - P1849
