Flash: Auxiliary Hybrid Control Processor (AHCP) / Customers **must** experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination and the vehicle **must** SYMPTOM: exhibit/set one or more of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs): ● **P0E15-00 - Hybrid-EV Battery Pack Coolant Heater A Control Performance. ● P29BB-00 - Hybrid-EV Battery Pack Coolant Heater A Control Performance.** ● P0A44 - Drive Motor A Position Sensor 1 Circuit Overspeed. ● U0111-00 - Lost Communication With Battery Energy Control Module (BPCM). ● P1625-00 - Park Pawl System Failure. ● U0412-00 - Invalid Data Received From Battery Energy Control Module-A. ● P215B-00 - Vehicle Speed Output Shaft Speed Correlation. ● P079A-00 - Transmission Friction Element 1 Slip Detected. ● P079B-00 - Transmission Friction Element 2 Slip Detected. ● P084F-00 - Park-Neutral Switch Output Customers may also comment on one or more of the following: ● **Vehicle does not start / engine does not crank. ● Extended engine cranking time when starting the vehicle. ● Engine turns on when requesting cabin heat to turn on. ● Loss of heat from the engine.** ● Technicians and/or customers may report the vehicle will not pass a state smog check due to permanent fault codes which will not clear.
