Some 2025 Navigator vehicles equipped with second row power seats (minor feature code BYBAL) may exhibit a symptom where the second row seat control switch does not move the seat forward or backward. There may also be diagnostic trouble code (DTC) B167F:11 stored in the rear LH power seat control module (SCMK) and/or the rear RH seat control module (SCML). To confirm a vehicle is built with minor feature code BYBAL, review the build information by double-clicking the vehicle identification number (VIN) in the upper left corner in the Professional Technician System (PTS).
