This Preliminary information communicates an issue with an SES MIL and BCM DTC U1962 and ECM P00FF set. Dealers are to reprogram the BCM with the lastest calibrations.

Certain vehicles listed above may have a condition in which the Body Control Module (BCM) may not properly clear the DTC U1962 (Unable to Authenticate Serial Data Message). Dealers are to reprogram the body control module.
