Customers may also comment on the following: ● Transmission randomly shifts into neutral gear while driving. NOTE: The vehicle can be reset with an ignition/key cycle from Off and then back to Start to allow the vehicle to shift normally. This bulletin involves reprogramming the TCM with the latest available software."
