Customers may experience the following: ● The vehicle is not performing a scheduled cabin preconditioning. 'Cabin Preconditioning Unavailable' message present when the scheduled cabin condition is not performed as planned **This bulletin involves inspecting and possibly reprogramming the DPIM with the latest available software.**
