Some 2021-2023 Mustang Mach-E vehicles may exhibit a "1 Pedal Drive Fault - Press Brake Pedal To Reduce Speed" warning message displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). The customer may also notice that the 1 Pedal Drive feature has been deactivated. A diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P0C2F:92 may also be stored in the secondary on-board diagnostic module-C (SOBDMC). This concern may also be present when one pedal drive mode is enabled. This may be due to the SOBDMC. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the powertrain modules using the latest level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS).

A diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P0C2F:92 may also be stored in the secondary on-board diagnostic module-C (SOBDMC). This concern may also be present when One Pedal Drive mode is enabled. This condition does not affect vehicle durability and no additional diagnosis or service is required for this condition at this time. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected by early May 2024.
