P1371 Jaguar Missing Low Resolution Signal

Possible causes

– Faulty Crankshaft Sensor
– Crankshaft Sensor harness is open or shorted
– Crankshaft Sensor circuit poor electrical connection
– Faulty Ignition Control Module

The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects a predetermined amount of high resolution pulses before detecting any low resolution pulses.
