"Flash: Radio Frequency Hub Module (RFHM) Updates Customers must experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination and the vehicle must exhibit/set one or more of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs): ● B1A10-00 - RKE FOB 1 Battery Low. ● B1A11-00 - RKE FOB 2 Battery Low. ● B23D7-14 - Gated Park Control - Circuit Short To Ground Or Open. Customers may also experience one or more of the following: ● **Uconnect app requests not functioning (none of the app functions work, lock/unlock, remote start).** ● Vehicle does not start. ● Passive Entry (PE) intermittently inoperative. ● Keyless Ignition Node (KIN) unresponsive. ● Welcome feature does not activate at times This bulletin involves inspecting and possibly updating the RFHM module with the latest available software."
