Flash: Transmission Control Module (TCM) Updates PCR9A Customers must experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination and the vehicle must SYMPTOM: exhibit/set the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC): ● P1625-00 - Park Pawl System Failure. NOTE: The above DTCs are being falsely set due to lack of robustness to the diagnostic monitor. Customers may also comment on one or more the following: ● **Slow downshifting when in manual mode.** ● Vehicle exhibits a no crank / no start condition. This bulletin involves inspecting and possibly reprogramming the TCM, PCM and ISCM with the latest available software
