Mercedes-Benz AG (“MBAG”), the manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, has determined that on certain Model Year (“MY”) 2012-2016 Mercedes-Benz Model 212, 221, X204 and 166 vehicles (E250 BLUETEC, E250 4MATIC BLUETEC, E350 BLUETEC, S350 4MATIC BLUETEC, GLK250 4MATIC BLUETEC, ML250 4MATIC BLUETEC, ML350 4MATIC BLUETEC, GLE300 d 4MATIC and GL350 4MATIC BLUETEC), the warranty on the Pressure Sensor will be extended from the original New Vehicle Limited Warranty of 4 years/50,000 miles to 10 years/120,000 miles. This pressure sensor extended limited warranty applies to all conditions that necessitate the replacement of the pressure sensor under the standard warranty terms and conditions.
