Methanol In Fuel - Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P0171 Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination and the vehicle may SYMPTOM: exhibit/set the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC): ● P0171-00 - System Too Lean (Bank 1). Customers can also experience one or more of the following: ● Engine misfire. ● Rough engine idle. ● Difficulty starting engine. .
