This may be due to an open circuit in the fuel level sender (FLS). To correct the condition, replace the FLS using service part number NL1Z-9A299-A. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 310-01. For claiming, use causal part 9A299 and applicable labor operations in Section 09 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
