SB-16-016 Enhanced DCU (Dosing Control Unit) software has been released to address the following conditions: Illumination of the check engine light. The DCU may falsely detect an issue and record any of the 3 following DTC?s in the DCU. P142A(DEF pump temperature sensor - Out of range) P204B(DEF pressure sensor ? Rationality) P20A1(Reverting valve for DEF pump stuck close) In rare cases, the completion of the after-run process might be mistakenly aborted. This occurs when the ignition key is cycled back on and then off prior to after-run completion. If this occurs when ambient temperatures are below freezing and the urea is allowed to fully freeze, internal damage to the DEF pump may occur.
